I heard a great suggestion on PZ Myers’ site (scienceblogs.com/pharyngula), that we should take a decent pair of shoes, donate them to charity, and then send Bush a postcard saying, “A pair of shoes has been donated to charity in your name. This is a farewell kiss from the American people, you dog.”
